FROM NOW TO NEXT
The Cohort for Leaders in Transition.
A 6-week guided group coaching experience for accomplished leaders ready to figure out what’s next — with clarity, confidence, and community.
Beginning Summer 2026. Spots are limited.
Are you at a point where your title has started to matter less than your time?
Where you’re asking what’s actually next —
and you want to figure it out with intention, not by accident?
Then you belong in this room.
FROM NOW TO NEXT
The Cohort for Leaders in Transition
is a 6-week guided group coaching experience for accomplished leaders standing at the threshold of what’s next. You don’t have to know the answer to walk in. You only have to be ready to ask the better questions — in a room full of people doing the same thing.
Who this is for…
This cohort was designed for accomplished leaders who…
Are in the middle of a meaningful career or life transition — by choice or by circumstance.
Sense they’re standing at a threshold but aren’t yet sure what comes next.
Are not ready to retire, and not interested in repeating the last decade.
Are open to exploring possibilities — consulting, board service, advising, coaching, fractional work, entrepreneurship, or something else entirely.
Want to redefine success on their own terms — with more freedom, purpose, and impact.
Believe their next chapter deserves the same intentionality as the first.
You’ve built a successful career. You’ve accomplished much of what you set out to do.
And now something quieter is asking for your attention.
You’ve reached a point in your career where:
• Your time has started to matter more than your title.
• Your impact has started to matter more than your identity.
• Your meaning has started to matter more than your money.
• Your legacy has started to matter more than your ladder.
Title, identity, money, and the ladder still matter. They’ve just moved out of the center. Priorities have shifted. Energy has too.
This is the moment many leaders quietly start moving from success to significance.
Your 6-week Curriculum:
Have you recently had inner dialogue with yourself, asking –
what would my life look like if I slowed down a bit?
what do I want to do next?
What kind of contribution feels right for this season?
You don’t want to settle for “just another job.” There’s little to no desire to “go back and do what you’ve been doing these past several years, decades.”
You’re nowhere near ready for “retirement,” whatever that means. You simply want freedom, purpose, and impact — on your own terms.
You want to contribute and stay involved at some level, but you’re unsure about the pace or how much stress you can handle.
Does this sound familiar?
Over the past several years, most of my conversations with leaders and those in their mid-career stage have focused on these themes. It’s a common debate that happens in a leader's mind and with trusted colleagues.
If you’ve ever caught yourself having that inner dialogue while driving home from a business trip or discussing it with your spouse or closest friends — you’re not alone.
And, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
