I'm a certified midlife transitions coach and strategic guide for seasoned executives navigating the uncertainty of career and life pivots.
As a former corporate leader and ordained minister, I bring a rare blend of strategy, empathy, and spiritual intelligence to my work. I help mid-to-late-career professionals, often C-suite leaders, who are asking "What's next?" and seeking more meaningful, values-aligned work.
This work is deeply personal for me.
I watched my father retire without a plan for identity, community, or purpose. Over time, connection gave way to isolation, and the loss of meaningful engagement took a toll. That experience shaped how I view transitions and why I'm committed to helping others navigate them with intention and care
Through 1:1 coaching, cohort programs, and my From Now to Next framework, I help executives move through transitions with clarity, confidence, and community, whether that means exploring portfolio careers, entrepreneurial paths, board service, or deeply fulfilling encore work.
My guidance is grounded in personal experience: I've navigated corporate exits, spiritual transitions, family illness, and reinvention myself. My faith, family, and lifelong learning shape the compassionate presence I bring to every coaching relationship.
