SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN
From Now to Next:
The Cohort for Leaders in Transition
This is a six-week, small-group coaching experience built on three pillars — Clarity, Confidence, and Community. Over six guided Wednesday evenings, you’ll move from where you are now toward a clear, grounded sense of what’s next, and you’ll do it alongside a trusted circle of peers in the same season.
Beginning July 22.
Spots are limited.
Are you at a point where your title has started to matter less than your time?
Where you’re asking what’s actually next —
and you want to figure it out with intention, not by accident?
Then you belong in this room.
You’ve built a successful career.
But lately you’ve been asking a bigger question: what’s next?
You’ve reached a season where:
• Your time matters more than your title.
• Your impact matters more than your identity.
• Your meaning matters more than money.
Title, pay, and position still count — they’re simply no longer everything.
You’re nowhere near “retirement,” whatever that even means anymore. You don’t want to settle for just another job, and you have little interest in going back to do what you’ve already done for decades. You want to stay involved and contribute — on your own terms, at your own pace, in a way that finally feels aligned.
If you’ve caught yourself having that quiet conversation on the drive home, or with the people closest to you — you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Midlife isn’t a crisis. It’s a chrysalis.
The most important transitions of your life were never meant to be made in isolation. Clarity sharpens in conversation. Confidence grows in action. Community multiplies momentum. That’s the whole premise of this cohort — and it’s why it works.
(The chrysalis reframe is drawn from Chip Conley’s work at the Modern Elder Academy and his book Learning to Love Midlife — an influence woven throughout this program.)
What you’ll walk away with:
Clarity on your values, your strengths, and where you actually stand today
Confidence to tell your story and articulate your value without self-promotion
A grounded sense of direction for your next chapter
A high-trust community of peers navigating the same questions
Guidance from executive coach and author Mitch Miles
